Challenges and Learnings

The platform successfully launched in 2023 and has since grown from 10 to over 40 users within a year. It maintains a 99% availability rate with support response times under 2 hours. The system has been fully monetized, providing L'Atelier du Dirigeant with a scalable solution for connecting business leaders with their network of outsourced secretaries, while automating administrative tasks and improving overall efficiency.
